SHIPPING POLICY

1. ORDER PROCESSING

At Modestly Muslim, we strive to process and dispatch orders promptly. Please allow 2-5 business days for us to arrange your order. We make every effort to get your items to you as quickly as possible.

2. THIRD-PARTY LOGISTICS

We work with a trusted third-party logistics company named Stallion Express to handle the shipping and delivery of our orders. Stallion Express ensures reliable and efficient shipping services to get your purchases to you in a timely manner.

3. PACKAGE INSURANCE

All orders shipped from Modestly Muslim include package insurance. This provides added protection and peace of mind, ensuring that your items are covered during transit.

4. SHIPPING TIMES

Canada and the USA: Local orders may take 2-6 business days to arrive once dispatched.

United Kingdom and Australia: International orders to the UK and Australia typically take anywhere from 7-21 business days to arrive.

5. TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

6. DELAYS AND UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

While we do our best to meet estimated shipping times, please note that unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays or other external factors may affect delivery times. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

7. SHIPPING COSTS

We take pride in being transparent with our customers in regard to our shipping prices. For Canada and USA orders, we charge a flat rate of $12 CAD shipping. Orders over $100 CAD receive free shipping within Canada and USA.

For shipping to the UK and Australia, we charge a flat rate of $25 CAD. Since we are a small business we are still trying our best to provide more affordable shipping costs.
